This full body rendering of Victoria is done in red conté.  The art piece was a class assignment for a real life drawing.  While trying to gain a reference photo, I attempted to place Victoria in poses based on a famous artwork.  Every pose I placed Victoria in looked and felt uncomfortable for her.  As a result, I ended up scrapping the famous artist poses and chose a pose that she placed herself in naturally.  This composition required diligence along with patience as the soft tones and value required a lot of attention to detail.
