I have been creating ever since I could hold a pencil.  After learning my colors at eight months old, my love for art and beauty continued to flourish with age.  As I have grown, I have developed my skills through personal exploration and taking nearly every art class available.  If there is one thing I am passionate about, it is my Creator and reflecting Him by using the creativity that He has given me.

 

I draw inspiration from the world around me.  I am a detail-oriented person that is constantly absorbing information visually and audibly.  Having always been known as a good listener, I not only listen to sounds, but also to the way things appear.  I find delight in seeing colors, shapes, and values in the natural world. 

 

My fine art style is light and subtle, drawing the viewer in to pause, and take in each mark.  In my graphic work, I seek to create organized, yet creative solutions that are pleasing to the eye, and practical.  I begin every project with research and concept sketches, then further develop my ideas through exploring the medium on paper and digitally.  I have learned to respect the process and appreciate the development of each idea, from sketch to final product.
